KG500/KG500A型露天潛孔鉆車液壓系統采用高強度大排量鑄鐵齒輪泵，保證產品質量，同時具有使用壽命長、產品性能穩定的優勢；行走采用加寬單筋板工程履帶，具有接地比壓高、越野性能強等優點；導軌采用高強度、大斷面鋁合金型材，推進鏈條采用加大單排滾子鏈，同時滑板壓條采用耐磨材料，保證產品使用壽命；推進和回轉采用兩檔速度，保證鉆車可鉆鑿不同巖層，具有高效的鑿巖速度；大減速比的回轉器為鉆車提供高達7000Nm以上的回轉扭矩，推進馬達采用高壓力柱塞馬達，提高提升力和可靠性。可廣泛使用在較大孔徑鉆鑿的工地施工。KG500A潛孔鉆車是在KG500基礎上增加擺臂油缸（角度）。
